Glendalough (Glen-dah-lock) is a valley in Wicklow known to the local community as the “Garden of Ireland.” Our new packaging celebrates our namesake and heritage as well as our dedication to small batch spirits. A single grain, craft whiskey (not a blend) giving a modern craft take on how interesting Irish whiskey can be. Aged in bourbon and finished in the premium Oloroso casks from Montilla, Spain. A complex yet light and very drinkable Irish whiskey with a rich depth of flavour which has been internationally awarded. Nose Rich with dark fruit, cherry, raisins and figs. Floral notes with lemongrass, citrus and nutmeg. Taste Sweet & smooth, with butterscotch, honey, peppercorn, dried fruit, maraschino cherries and brown sugar. Finish Ginger spice, a touch of almond and earthiness.
